Fast digital delivery by email
Softifix delivers software products electronically. This page explains delivery timing, what customers receive, and how to get help if delivery is missing or incomplete.

Softifix products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical boxes, discs, USB drives, printed manuals, or postal documents unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Delivery details may include a download link, activation guide, license information, setup instructions, account guidance, or support notes depending on the product purchased.
When delivery happens
Most orders are delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Some orders may require manual review before delivery, especially when payment verification, fraud checks, stock checks, or product matching is needed.
If an order requires review, we will process it as soon as possible. Delays can happen if the payment provider holds the transaction, the checkout email is incorrect, or additional verification is required.
Where delivery is sent
Delivery information is sent to the email address entered at checkout and may also be visible in your customer account or order details page. Please check that your email address is correct before placing the order.
If you used the wrong email address, contact support with the order number and the correct email. We may ask for verification before resending digital delivery details.
What you receive
- Product download details or instructions.
- Activation information, license details, or redemption guidance when required.
- Installation or setup notes where available.
- Compatibility reminders for the selected platform or variation.
- Support instructions if activation help is needed.
If you do not receive your order
First check spam, junk, promotions, and email filtering folders. Also check that the payment was completed and that the email address used at checkout is correct.
If you still cannot find the delivery email, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and checkout email address. We can review the order and resend delivery details when appropriate.
Delivery problems
If a link does not open, a download is incomplete, or activation instructions are missing, contact support before attempting another purchase. We may provide corrected delivery details, a new link, replacement instructions, or another solution depending on the issue.
Delivery issues do not automatically mean the product is refundable. We will first try to complete the digital delivery and provide working activation guidance.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for keeping delivery emails, order numbers, and account access secure. Do not share license details publicly or with unauthorized users. Softifix may not be able to replace licenses that are shared, misused, redeemed by someone else, or lost after unauthorized disclosure.
