Terms for using Softifix

Agreement to these terms

By using Softifix, creating an account, placing an order, or downloading a digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Delivery Policy, Compatibility Policy, and any product-specific license information shown on a product page.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate checkout details, use a valid email address, keep your account credentials secure, and review product information before buying. You are responsible for choosing the correct platform, version, license duration, and compatibility option when a product offers variations.

You must not use Softifix for fraudulent purchases, unauthorized chargebacks, abuse of digital licenses, resale without permission, or any activity that interferes with the website or other customers.

Products, pricing, and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, images, license details, system requirements, and availability accurate. Because software publishers can update terms or availability, information may change without prior notice.

If a product is unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement, corrected delivery, store credit where appropriate, or a refund according to the Refund and Returns Policy.

Digital license use

Software names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Buying from Softifix does not transfer ownership of the software, publisher trademarks, or intellectual property. You receive the digital license, activation information, or access details described on the product page.

You must follow the license terms that apply to the product, including device limits, platform limits, region restrictions, account requirements, and activation rules.

Orders and delivery

Orders are delivered digitally by email, account area, or support communication after payment confirmation. Some orders may be manually reviewed for payment verification, stock availability, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

No physical shipping is provided unless a product page clearly says otherwise. See our Delivery Policy for more detail.

Support and activation help

Softifix provides reasonable support for delivery, installation guidance, and activation issues related to your order. Support may require screenshots, device details, exact error messages, and confirmation that instructions were followed.

We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices, third-party account problems, publisher policy changes, operating system restrictions, incorrect installation steps, or customer refusal to follow support instructions.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. Digital products may not be refundable after access, viewing, download, redemption, or activation unless there is a verified product issue that support cannot resolve.

If there is a problem with an order, contact Softifix support before opening a payment dispute. This gives us the chance to verify the issue, resend delivery details, provide activation help, or offer a suitable solution.

We may update these terms when our products, website features, payment methods, support process, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from the date shown above.
